Step 2 : Check your email for an 'Account Verification' email from Superstar Teacher

Step 3 : Click on the verification link

Step 4 : Create a password once directed to Superstar Teacher website

Yes, we practise a one-child per account policy.

This is to ensure that the analytics collected are true to a particular child's usage which will in turn help you to assess and track his / her learning progress more accurately.

You can find the relevant details under the analytics tab. Besides, a monthly report will also be sent to your email account.

No, only one log in per account is allowed at all times.

You will be able to view and update your particulars after you have login to your account. Click on your Name icon on the top right hand corner and select Profile.

You may retrieve your account and password by submitting a request through our forget password page. Account information will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us.

Your account may be suspended due to irregularities being detected by the system. We seek your understanding that the suspension is in protection of your rights in the event that your account has been compromised.

Restoration of account takes a minimum of 2 working days.

Here are the possible reasons that you are unable to sign in with Facebook:

  • You did not grant us the permission to retrieve your email address.
  • You have registered your Facebook account with your phone number instead of your email.
  • Your primary email for your Facebook account is not verified or has already expired.

Please reset your primary email for your Facebook account and retry.
